Power
was, is, and will be in the control of those who have seized, are
seizing, and will seize it.*
Many
were quick on the ball to imitate the Victor's spacetime-proof
strategy, and it worked so well that 95% of all quarter-wit or
greater species, including those of Earth, waged entirely
self-destructive civil wars upon themselves. Entirety, respectfully,
has learned from the Victors that nothing else touches the importance
of this control, and that those who do not seize it surrender it to
someone else. This has proven, is proving, and will prove to be both
the most peaceful and destructive Truth in all Truths.
